SET A- 500g (half kilo) rice only + spices and shaan biryani powder

- 1kg BASMATI RICE + 50g SHAN BIRYANI MIX + 25g WHOLE SPICES
RECIPE BEHIND SHAN BOX
INGRIDIENTS: Meat
500grams Basmati Rice, Washed and Soaked Medium finely sliced onions
Potatoes, peeled and quartered Garlic paste Ginger paste medium Tomatoes, diced
Plain yogurt, whipped Cooking oil 1 pack Shan Biryani Seasoning Mix, mix in 1/2 cup water
STEPS OF COOKING: 1.Fry onions in hot oil until golden brown. Add tomatoes and fry until oil separates. 2. Add meat, garlic paste, ginger paste, yogurt, potatoes, and Shan Biryani mix. Stir fry for 10 minutes. Add 6 cups water. Cover and cook on low heat until meat is tender. Then increase the heat and stir fry until oil separates from gravy. 3. Separately: In 15 cups of boiling water, Stir in 1 Tbsp. of salt and soaked rice. Boil rice until 3/4 cooked. Remove and drain. 4. Spread half rice in pot and pour meat curry. Top with remaining rice. Cover pot and cook on low heat until rice is fully cooked (5- 10 minutes). 5. Mix before serving.
