Pani puri balls, also known as puris, are small, round, and crispy fried dough balls that form the base of the popular Indian street food, pani puri. They are hollow inside, allowing them to be filled with various ingredients like potatoes, chickpeas, and spicy and tangy flavored water called pani. The puris are typically made from semolina or wheat flour. 

HOW TO FRY:
